The thumb holding the amulette doesn't look correct, and i would not have use the very black shadows for the fingers, but he pose and the look on his face work quite well

The painting part and the amulet are well done but I think a different compisition would have really have helped this image. The background look's like it was the last thing done too and you were getting tired of working.

Cool! Gret depth, but i also am not too sure about the wrinkles in the thumb...maybe if they were a bit higher it would seem more right.
very nive coloring also, warm.

My goodness, this is terrific!
Small crit on the thumb - not quite right -- but then I have some problems with hands too.

The expression and the texture you got in his face and the amulet make up for it. You are very original.
